Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Vertex Rubber India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality rubber products that meet your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

2. Inspection on Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or discrepancies, please document the issue with photographs and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications
• Wrong product was shipped
• Product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Product is in its original condition and packaging

Custom-manufactured products (made to customer specifications) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or deviation from agreed specifications.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-manufactured products that meet agreed specifications
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer
• Products returned beyond the 7-day return period
• Products without original packaging or in used condition
• Sample products (unless defective)

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at info@vertexrubberindia.com or call +91 9820251010 within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
• Include photographs clearly showing the defect or issue
• We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
• Ship the product back in its original packaging with the RAN clearly marked
• Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

• Approved Returns: Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Refund Method: Original payment method or bank transfer
• Full Refund: Product cost + applicable taxes (shipping charges are non-refundable)
• Partial Refund: May be applicable for products with minor issues or damaged packaging
• Replacement: We may offer replacement instead of refund, subject to product availability

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, if production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible. Custom product orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

8. Quality Disputes

If you believe the product quality does not meet agreed specifications, we request that you:

• Provide detailed documentation of the quality issue
• Allow our quality team to investigate
• Retain samples for testing if required

We take quality concerns seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective/Wrong Product: We will bear the return shipping costs
• Customer Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping costs
• International Returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes
